Do I have to pick up in Hutto if I live in Austin?
Local pickup is at our Hutto warehouse, 520 County Road 108, Unit 44. Many lots are also eligible for shipping, so Austin buyers can choose either option.
When can I pick up my winnings?
Auctions close Sunday at 6 PM CST and pickup starts Monday. Hours are Monday to Friday 12 PM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM. You have 6 calendar days after settlement to pick up.
Can I see items before I bid?
Yes. Stop by during open hours to preview upcoming lots in person.
How much does it cost to bid?
Bidding on HiBid is free. Every lot starts at $5 with no reserve. A 15% buyer's premium applies, plus 3% for card payments.
